Who Are We Helping?

We successfully provide individuals, and families in the South Florida community with homeownership services, including those suffering from housing distress. The Housing Foundation of America, Inc. distinctively offers multiple HUD certificate training workshops every month for first-time homebuyers, and knowledge about the Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) purchase programs. These training workshops can also help you learn how to get up to $50,000 towards your down payment and closing costs, and up to $30,000 for home rehabilitation.
